Pleasant Beach Baptist Church is home for many of the families around the Elizabethton, Tennessee area. The Lord has truly blessed this ministry throughout the years, and we seek to keep the hand of blessing not only in our church, but in our own homes. Our desire and prayer for every person is that they know the Lord Jesus Christ as their personal Savior and experience the joy of serving Him.

Bible Teaching & Preaching
“So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.” - Romans 10:17
While the foundation of our society seems to be crumbling underneath us, God’s Word provides a solid foundation. At Pleasant Beach, you will find a Bible-teaching Sunday School class for all ages. God’s Word is preached and taught from the pulpit every Sunday and Wednesday.
Christ-Honoring Music
“Speaking to yourselves in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody in your heart to the Lord.” - Ephesians 5:19
Music, an essential element of worship, is an offering of praise to God and a ministry of encouragement to believers. At Pleasant Beach, you will find an emphasis on Christ-honoring music that teaches doctrinal truths and glorifies the Lord. Children, young people, and adults have the opportunity to sing in age-appropriate choirs and use their skills for God’s glory.
A Fellowship of Friends

At Pleasant Beach, you will find a warm, loving fellowship of believers who endeavor to love and care for one another as Christ commanded us to do.
Laborers for the Lord

The Lord Jesus Christ commissioned His church with the responsibility to declare the gospel in their community and throughout the world. At Pleasant Beach, we desire to obey His command. Every member of the Pleasant Beach Baptist Church family is encouraged to find their place of service in the Lord’s work.
A Place for Children
“Lo, children are an heritage of the Lord.” Psalm 127:3
At Pleasant Beach, we believe it is God’s desire for families to worship and serve the Lord as a family. We provide a beautiful nursery with loving workers for each service on Sundays and Wednesday. On each Sunday morning we have an age specific service for children through the sixth grade. During our Wednesday prayer meeting we offer a full Master Club and Teens for Christ program.
